That must be the worst reason to vote cold, should I vote cold to all of those deals that are local to someone else.
Voted cold as I`m not a prime member and never will be. So the deal isn`t available to me

Nothing stopping you having the 'Amazon Prime Membership 30 Day Trial' using it for your Christmas Shopping and then afterwards cancelling Prime before 30 days is up so they don't bill you. :smirk:

Does that mean that it's a bad deal because YOU can't get it? What a ridiculous comment.

Tempted for my PS4 but feels like I'd be getting it for the sake of getting it. How many games do I really want on my HDD at any one time?

3TB Toshiba portable for £67.50 available today from Argos eBay.
You voted cold because you do not have prime, thus you can not buy the product, that would be like me voting cold for something that is on sale instore in a shop that is no where near me.
All you need to do is ask yourself, is it a good current price for this product
Yes = hot
No = cold

I cannot vote it hot. If Amazon gave a no-prime price then I would vote. If they charged an unreasonable price, or the total price was more then available elsewhere, then I would vote cold!
The actual cost for a prime member is the price PLUS about 80 pounds divided by the number of items the member buys a year, so it`s impossible to estimate the real cost anyway. (Not including the number of items free to prime and non-prime members)
Amazon should realise there are (I hope) a lot of people who are not prepared to pay for Prime.

My last word on this as it's now well off topic.
By that logic any local deals should be posted including the petrol / train fair for me to travel to the shop to buy it.

It is not a bad deal, but it is bad that Amazon are being selective in who can receive the deal.
Plus they suck because they obviously don't have enough stock to keep up with demand.

I understand where you're coming from to a degree, but in cases like this then you can abstain, as I sometimes do such as for Costco deals, for example, as I'm not a member and there isn't one anywhere near me. However, I have been known to also vote very good ones hot as there is sometimes no denying their value for those that can get them.

That's like saying I got Sky TV but I only bought the basic package and it's unfair that I can't receive all the movies and sport. You pay extra to get additional benefits.
