Just rung them up, they are sending new ones out for store pick up on Monday. They've also added 300 points to my Advantage card for the inconvenience. Hopefully these will be better packed.

Sorry to hear that. If it is a large store and they have them in stock they may replace them there and then. Otherwise they should re-order for you at the price you paid - just take in the delivery note. Or call customer services and they will probably be able to do the re-order over the phone. Hope you get replacements soon.

Collected mine last night - just opened the box to check them. All 3 of them are broken - one is totally smashed to bits ! Going to have to go back with them today, what do you reckon the chances are of them getting me new ones, or will they just refund my money ?

It was a glitch as it was taking the 3 for 2 offer off the original price, not the 25% off price.

Mine were cancelled. Annoyed as I didn't even use one of the glitches on here- just 3 for 2 with the reduced price. Also annoying I added a concealer I need so have to go to store to pick that up! Tried ringing to cancel but keep getting cut off.

I have a dispatched email for goods ordered yesterday to collect in store. My boots normally sends a message after 6pm to say the goods are ready to collect, although i have sometimes gone in on the day they were due before i get a message and they are already there

I haven't had any emails from them yet and due to pick up parcel from store today, and another tomorrow. I'm waiting for the cancellation email

Mine was due to be collected today but just had a call from store saying one of the items is damaged... and that I should call boots online. However, just had a email coming through saying 'there was a problem with your order' and I have been issued a refund for all items! Brilliant

Mine has been dispatched today - but I notice that they have removed what was probably the glitch. Yesterday you got 25% + 33% removed = 58% discount for 3 items. The 3 for 2 removed the full price of the item not the 25% discounted price - that wasn't intended I'd say. Today they have fixed it - the 3 for 2 removes the 25% discounted price so total discount is now 50% (25% + (33% of 75%)) and not 58%. Looks like most stuff is OOS anyway. So I'd say they error/deal/glitch was an extra 8%. Surprised they cancelled orders for what must be very high margin stuff anyway which probably wouldn't have been bought without this relatively minor glitch ! And why fulfil some orders and cancel others ?
