One of the top Samsung TV's at the moment in my opinion. Now down to £1499.98 with code GIFT150. Also comes with a 5 year warranty and a 10 year screen burn guarantee.
John Lewis will price match it where it also qualifies for £200 off selected soundbars.
Hope this helps someone.

Why not wait until someone throws one away and get it from the tip?....

Nice TV But you can get the KS7000 - very similar specification - for around £1000 if your not bothered about a curved screen.....

The pro reviewer on the hdtvtest.co.uk site pretty much says the same there are differences between the 2 and the KS9000 is better but not by a huge amount in his opinion.

KS7000 is 8 bit, this is 10.
FYI I got a refurb of the 65 inch version for the same money. I'll take a refurb over new  Same length of warranty.

Love the Samsung but not sure on the curved screen but still tempted to hold off for the LG OLED to come down in price. The picture looks stunning on these

Will probably be this time next year before Oleds become reasonably affordable....

I will wait 2 years and get one of these for, hopefully, less than £500. Did the same with a 4o" Sony that won Best TV award, bought it year later for a LOT less than award price.

where did you get a warranty that good on a refurb? I've been thinking of getting a refurb, but the one I found didn't come with the original warranty.

all in the price I think. can get a refurb with a scratch or two for half the price. everywhere I find has a poor warranty though.

Wait 10 yrs and I'll probably get rid of my one by then lol..
This is exactly the same as the ks8000 (which is the flat screen version). All the reviews I read said if your going curved you need to be atleast 65 in or above to get the benefits so I went for the ks8000 flat screen and I'm loving it!!

surely you get benefits of a better viewing angle still though? the way my room is set up I think it would be a benefit to have a curved tv.

I don't get curved at all. By definition, with a curved screen the viewing angle is worse for everyone except the one person in the sweet spot. Curved screens were created because they can, not because it improves the viewing experience for the vast majority of people.

with my set up the left hand side of the tv would be parallel with the wall behind and the right hand side would stick out, creating a better view for people on the left.

If you have the extra £300-500, then hell yes - the B6 all the way.

They have the UE55KS7000 for £729.99 delivered, but it has (what looks like) about a 1 inch scratch on the far left edge of the screen.
Bought a Suhd k8000 55 brand new on the box for 900£

is anyone else getting terrible motion juddering on these sets. I noticed with the footie which I thought was fair enough but even in normal tv watching news etc.. it's really starting to bug me.

That's why i go for the KS9000, the best tv for sports, very low motion juddering. Read the reviews guys for the difference between the Samsung models.

That's why a KS9000 is better, one of the best screens with very low motion juddering. Read the reviews guys. This is certainly not gonna be mine.

Id argue its hardly noticeable once the TV is on.
