Not bad but if you can afford the version with more storage I'd go for that, 8gb not a lot when you start getting a few apps

8gb internal memory is a joke these days. Recommend you pay more and get the 16gb version if there is one.

good deal, considering total 12GB data included. however, i agree what #2&3 said, i will go for 16gb version. 8 gb really not quite enough for most of ppl

good deal with the data. i bought the 10'1 deal from currys for the kids xmas presents. Is there such thing as a data only pay as you go sim? as in you top it up with 1gig, and when it runs out, that's it.

Not even 2gb ram? Not enough.

I've got the 9.7" Tab A (last year's model) and it's surprisingly smooth. At this resolution 1.5GB is fine. Even with the slower processor it's substantially faster and more fluid than my LG G3.
Neither of them are my primary devices but I was very impressed with the performance of the Tab A for the price. If you need more than 2GB Ram then you'll be needing/wanting a faster processor as well...

If you are happy with your current sim and a credit check, O2 have them on a Grade A refurb for £77. Mine arrived today and was unlocked.

An interesting review:
The tablet overall has a nice design typical of Samsung. Easy to set up and the perfect size to use on public transport. It does many things well like browsing, playing music, reading books etc. The display in my opinion is it's best specification. No for the down side 8gb of RAM and around only half on available to the user is extremely poor and suicidal! The tablet is currently running android 5.1 it really needs android 6.0 to take advantage of storing apps onto the internal sd which is only available on marshmallow. Samsung should think hard about upgrading this tablet to 6.0 otherwise the tablet is very limited. Developers are not interested due to locked bootloader. This tablet would be five stars if it had android 6.0 and an unlocked boot loader. Not sure if this will be honoured by Samsung.

I have this tablet, and I can easily move apps to the microSD card. There's a button on the Application menu that says "Move to SD Card". I have all sorts of movies and apps stored on a 32GB card. It 's definitely running 5.1 though.

Its locked to ID network and ID wouldnt help unlock it even when 6 months run out. I am better off buying non 4G model and save some money. not hot for me.
