Nice sale at Craghoppers, and you can get a further 20% off your order with the code CRACKER20
Checked and the code works on sale items.
Another option is to use code MERRY50 which gives you 50% OFF full-priced items, which is nice too.

Are you serious? Tonnes of items available for over half their usual price and a few pounds delivery "kills the deal?"

I had problems getting the discounts using the website to order and I ended up phoning Craghoppers and they had to create 2 orders. One for the 'Cracker 20' deal on items already discounted and another for the 'Merry 50' deal on full price items. They were happy to combine the orders and only charge 1 lot of postage.
They were very helpful

Great deal - but then checked on amazon and found my items even cheaper with more colour choice so its worth comparing amazon too before you commit :-)
I agree with this - women have just got bigger over the years - I have just read this:-
The average woman in the UK is 5ft 3in tall, weighs 11 stone (70.2kg) and wears a size 16. So the first thing to say about the mannequins launched today in department store in Debenhams is that they are not "plus" size, they are bang on average.
When I was younger, a 24" waist equated to a size 10, however, nowadays a size 24" waist is usually put down as a size 6. Another paper stated that: 'At 16, the average girl's waist is 29ins and boys measure 32ins'. I think that a lot of clothing retailers have had to adjust these clothes sizes, as a lot of girls (especially teenagers) would like to be a size 10. I, myself wear a size 10 in trousers and 12 in tops, however, H&M sizes are really big - I ended up trying on a size 12 in a top and I was lost in it, so ended up buying a size 8. Clothing sizing for women is all over the place, it just depends on where you shop - I think that it is about time that they made the sizing in clothes the same for all shops.

Hmm, thinking about it I've not purchased in over 2 years so things may have changed.
My OH owns a bridal shop, and it always amazes me how many people won't accept real sizes because they fit into a certain size at new look etc. Its proven such places have altered their sizing to make people think they are slimmer than they are, they don't use traditional sizing. But it doesn't matter, they still insist on a size 12 then complain if it doesn't fit. Odd really, you're paying someone to get you the right dress, may as well just ebay it if you're determined on your size regardless of measurements.
I am an L in most things, despite a 32" waist, because of the length. That said I have M items that are too large and L items that are too small. Was so much easier when places were consistent, but since the internet its all over the place due to different countries ideas on size. The number doesn't even matter, just the fit!

I've been buying the brand for several years and the sizing used to be very simple. Stick with your normal unless you buying the Bear Grylls range then go up a size. Lately the past two years it really has been all over the place. I've had my normal size seriously not fit and had to go up two sizes (think it was the waffle knit Dalton fleece from memory). On some of the trousers mostly been fine until I bought the Wetherby Trousers and found my normal waist to be snug and leg too short, ended up going waist and leg length up a size. Thought I had the whole Bear Grylls sorted and went a size up, it drowned me on same order had a BG shirt and had to go a size up. None of these where advertised nor said slim fit (I know I have to avoid slim fit!). Personally before I buy from website I try to visit highstreet store (Regatta outlet) or Debenhams to check sizing.
P.S also check against pricing on Amazon as normally it runs around the same as the Craghoppers website except off course the delivery charge if you have Prime. Bagged a few shirts this year on Amazon for £7-£8 when on Debenhams and Craghoppers website on "sale price" for double.

I find the opposite, I need a large for arm length but they always come up roomy. Different jackets have different fits though, maybe look for a relaxed one?

Apparently clothing NFC has a lifetime guarantee so you could try that if product was faulty after some time.
Ive been of the opinion they are a good brand but never been able to afford anything until recently with a code, and the jacket I got Te zip does seem flimsly. Hoping I'm wrong though

Really? Had several jackets of theirs and never had an issue, looking to replace my gore tex kiwi but only because my rucksack has worn a hole where it rubs against the drawstring. I have fleeces of theirs that lasted 4 or 5 years before the pilling started to deteriorate the warmth properties.
