In my opinion this is one of the best co-op games ever made, it is such a good game.

Most definitely. It was never going to be as good as 4, as I doubt any Resident Evil game could be, and it's going to struggle to beat any of the first 3 for nostalgic and purposes of originality, but I would most definitely recommend Resident Evil 5 to anybody, more so for those (as already mentioned) who wish for a bit of great co-operative play.
Just do it mate, at £14.39 you're not going to regret it, and if you do, I'll have it off you in FS/FT for a fiver :smirk:

RE5 isn't as bad as some people say, especially at this price. Good fun and even more so in co-op

Not played any resident evil games after Resi 4 (which was amazing on Wii!) is resi 5 any good? Looking forward to resi 7 and could use either 5/6 to tide me over.

5 is good, less horror more action, give sheva the stun baton
6 is not good , 4 campaigns only half of one of them was any good for me

It is good. Not as good as 4 but better than 6, I've completed it twice. Once alone and once 100% sofa co-op, it's much better as a co-op game!

Honestly you have already played the best game in the series with Resident Evil 4. I'd leave it at that if I were you lol.

Nice, but I had an unhealthy addiction to Survivors - Public Assembly. I can't let that happen again! Dark times.

Isn't this b2b compatible using the 360 format?

Thought this was RE4. It's RE5. :stuck_out_tongue:
Capcom has milked RE4 so much that it's what most see when "Resident Evil __ Remastered".
RE5 is a really good game. I find it funny how some cried for "racism" in RE5 all the while being OK shooting Europeans/Spanish people in RE4.
Not double-standards at all. :man:

Amazing game, I enjoyed it almost as much as resi 4, 6 kind of lost its way for me. Heat for the find!

I echo the co-op comments...
even played it with the Mrs... lots of...
"No no not that way"
"try not to use all the bullets on one baddie"
"quick quick quick... you are gonna die"...
was a really stress free playing experience... I recommend it 100%...

is this just a gold edition or have they upped the graphics or something?

I want 4/5/6 the remakes, shame they are all individual and at a high price. heat anyway for cheapest option.

1000 pointed this in about a month when it came out. Will grab again but probably wait for the inevitable 3 pack with 4,5,6

Played it on the 360. It wasn't all that bad and much more enjoyable in co-op over Live I found. Better than RE6 but not as great as RE4. RE4 was a solo experience though.
