Your having a laugh. 4 was still very much a resident evil game. It had the tank controls, the dark atmosphere, solo gameplay etc. It was 5 and 6 that killed the franchise off. I hate when people blast 4 for killing the franchise when it actually saved it as the franchise was getting very stale and predictable by then, and then 5 happened and killed it again.

4 was overrated? Ahhahaha ok dude. It rebooted a series that was getting fatigue, and essentially created the over the shoulder shooter genre. If it wasnt for 4, we wouldnt have gears of war, and all the other me too games. Its certainly not overrated.

Think a lot feel the same way about 4 as it simply wasn't the survival horror of the early games, its still brilliant but it's so much different. At the time 4 was released it was very well received but as time has gone on it seems to be getting the blame for why 5 and 6 sucked.

Imported the physical version of all 3 as they released through the year because of Digital only in the EU.
I regret nothing. 4 is a classic, and 5 & 6 are still great fun playable action games despite all the negativity.

I agree mate, that was such a douchey thing duck said. Trophies are a great addition to modern gaming,even adding replay value to crap games.
