I have other varieties of coconut oil including cold pressed but ones you start dipping into them they are scoop able. This one is very hard. Could be the species.

I have only one type. Let's hope this one is a good quality, well first let's hope I find it in Asda today :P

It was in the world foods section or Asian aisle sorry I can't remember. Lower shelf so easily missed. There was another aisle with coconut oils but this was in the next aisle so you have to keep looking. Loads on the shelf. :smiley:
