I agree give this company a wide berth, avoid like the plague!

I signed up for this offer, they took my £1.00 on 16.03.2017 but I have not ' Received ' my Radio Times. I just rang them and they say it was NOT paid. Terrible customer service and for a measly £1.00 they want me to send proof!
I cancelled the Direct Debit after they took my payment. I think it's not worth the hassle!

For some reason, I'm not getting every issue now - the last issue I had was 21-27 January, and today the issue for 4-10 February has turned up - this has happened twice now. I have called them but they have just said that it has been posted out?

Don't bother with this company if you have had a trial before.They take your order,send you a confirmation and then when nothing gets delivered, you ring them up and they say 'you had a trial before so the answer is a fat NO.

if you sign up today it does say "start from issue:" and says 26th December or thereabouts (closed the tab) so I think it's too late now for the Xmas issue. Seems daft, I'm sure they have a massive pile of the things.

Done this every year for the last three years. This year all went through and cashback tracked as £5.25 through TCB but no magazines delivered. Contacted them to be told that as I'd previously had a trial subscription and cancelled it, I wasn't eligible. Cashback still dropped through to payable as £5.25 and they never even took a £1 direct debit.

I got my Christmas issue today!

Christmas issue already in the shops,when you sign up earliest issue for delivery is 23/12 which I would guess is for 2nd or 3rd Jan listings.

Be very surprised if this will include Christmas edition.

I signed up for this recently and was told that (on website) that had to subscribe by end of November 30th in order to get Christmas Edition. It was Nov 30th when I subscribed and recieved the 1st edition this morning - the Christmas Double Edition (which doesn't include New Years Day this year)

It will be a bonus if the Christmas edition is included but I bought it for my elderly mum who will enjoying it arriving in the post :innocent:

Except you don't get the Christmas issue now - earliest available issue is the one published 23/12
