Canada store have kicked off their Holiday Sale, Arkham Knight Premium Edition seems to be the best going which I have not seen cheaper for PS4. Others include:

Use the PS+ trick to get an extra 10% off. $20 is just over £12.
Just try to upload a save game to online storage from your Canadian account to get the two free days (only works once per account).
Using the same technique you can get Divinity Original Sin: Enhanced Edition for around £9.
