I explained the situation to Tesco Direct who said I should have received the Uncharted 4 game. They have told me to buy it and as soon as I receive the dispatch e-mail, to contact them for a refund. Very nice outcome.

Have contacted Tesco, to highlight that the website stated free Uncharted 4 with the ps 500gb, but I did not receive it. They've agreed, that it was not very clear, so have told me to purchase the game and then contact them for a full refund (£44). Happy days :smiley:

My bad, I was doing it wrong. But my basket didn't mention unchartered 4 at all. Still bought it though. What's the return procedure like if I don't open it? Just incase something better pops up in a weeks time? it's a present, so it's not gonna be used just yet.

This is how the deduction (promotion) should work when adding both games with the console.
Just console + Overwatch must be only £220 as per the promotion bundle but it reduces to be £195. It also mentions about the other promotion even though uncharted is not added to the basket. So when u speak to the CS they ll have no clue about the game as its not in the order. So it would be a hit and miss when you show the screen shot.

Vassy is correct. This looks to be a good deal for this close to Xmas, but obviously there were better valued (bundles) for not much more. Only relevant information if you've asked for a Tardis for Xmas though.
I suspect it you kick up a fuss then they will charge you the extra £44.64 (the cost of Uncharted 4), or at worst potentially void the sale. You are getting the discount for Uncharted 4 without having to buy it (i.e. 239.99 - 44.63). If this wasn't broken then it would expect your basket to look like this:

Worked for me and screenshot for proof. Good deal without Uncharted, but it does say it's free (Uncharted) so I'm expecting to get this. When the deal expires i'll email Customer Services to ensure Uncharted will be available when I collect Monday, if not, i'll cancel. Cheers OP!
