Shop to are crap, I prefer ordered a a game and it never arrived, I had to wait 14 days to get my money back as well, so preordering a game to get on release date actually caused me to get the game 2 weeks after release date :disappointed:

Not ShopTo, but...
I got an IWOOT email offering an 'EXTRA 30%' discount if the order was placed within a certain timescale. I tried to place an order on several items (including non-sale items) but it wasn't having any of it.
I sent a message through their site and explained the issue to them through Twitter and kept getting fobbed off. They couldn't explain why it hadn't worked only that there must have been sale items in the basket as discounted items weren't eligible (total BS by the way as the email said it was an 'EXTRA 30%' i.e. in addition to any existing discount). When I pushed further and told them to raise a complaint and asked for the details of their regulator so that I could complain to them, suddenly some money appeared in my account and I was able to get the deal that they had promised me.
If Twitter has taught me anything it's that companies don't like the public criticism as their image suffers. If they're clearly in the wrong and you push hard enough, you've got more chance of getting what you were entitled to.
May be worth a shot at getting somewhere. If it doesn't work then at least you've made it very public that their customer service is bad and people should steer clear.

Really angry with Shopto over my Black Friday PS4 order. I was sent a tracking number that didn't exist for a week, then I was sent a new tracking number for an item that wasn't addressed to me? then rather than send me the PS4 I ordered for the kids Xmas pressie, they decided to issue me a refund and wouldn't honour the Black Friday price, the guy on the phone was very unhelpful. Subsequently, I lost out on the Black Friday prices :disappointed: Next time I'll avoid Shopto as I can't trust their service.
