Got this for £280 from Very, when they had 20% cashback. I didn't really want one but was a no brainier upgrade for the money and I am glad I did it as newer games will have improvements on my 1080p TV but most of all there's a USB port on the back.

Same here, that Very deal was monster. Although the price is coming down now, it's mostly to take advantage of Xmas. I reckon they will settle around £320 after Xmas/New Year until an official price drop.

Nice to see them coming down. Will wait for sub £300 (without having to use Very or similar and face the risks of cashback/credit checks/BNPL dates) in the new year before upgrading.

Sounds good, not to mention new warranty. The only game I have ordered that is taking advantage of the pro is Horizon Zero Dawn collectors edition but that doesn't come out until March lol.

Well I already have a few 'Pro enhanced' games - Uncharted 4, BF1, TLoU and Shadow of Mordor. But I have a few of the Pro games preordered too such as Horizon.

I'm a gamer. March 2017 might as well be December 2017. Simply put SOny's software library and exclusives are must haves.
Mine hasn't shipped yet but I picked up a few Pro supported games for cheap during BF so £319 is a steal for me considering many places have it at £350 and above.

Ordered quite a few things from GameStop over the years and never had any issues but there has been criticism levelled at the company at times. It's worth remembering GameStop are bigger in the US than they are here, they're basically the US equivalent of GAME - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GameStop
As for a potential Pro price drop, it's always possible but I think at best we'll see some bundle deals, I don't think we'll see an actual price drop until after the holiday period.

I ordered 4 days ago, Friday. Still stuck in dublin with no updates to tracking? I'm hope this doesn't turn into a bad situation but without any update or notification I might miss the parcel and my neighbours are kinda shady.
If I don't get it tomorrow I'll cancel the order mid transit and hold off until after XMAS. Gamestops customer service wasn't friendly either when I called them.
I really wish I'd have got it at this price on amazon.

The tracking system they're using is pretty rubbish. Mine was apparently exported from Dublin on Friday and that's the last time the tracking was updated on it. Worrying, but perhaps they've just got a lot of orders and the system is a bit clogged up.
EDIT: Click on 'Third Party Tracking' on the bottom of the page and it shows that my package is being scanned at the warehouse in Runcorn. So perhaps try there and see if there's any more information on your parcel. You have to click the tracking number first to see more info and then click on 'Third Party Tracking'.
EDIT #2: Yep, just to confirm - mine is out for delivery now with UK Mail. It looks like once it was exported out of Ireland it gets transferred over to UK Mail for the remainder of the delivery. Click on 'Third Party Tracking' as I stated above and you'll see more information about your parcel. Should be out for delivery for you today if you ordered it on Friday.
