I highly doubt speaking to them will do anything, from my experience Game support are less than useful.
It may be possible for you to manipulate your game.co.uk cookies stored in your browser such that the cookie used is that which the price was £179.99 in your basket. This is beyond my level of knowledge but I don't see why it's not possible, maybe someone else can advise?

Well I had it before the price increased i.e. at £179.99, but then it got auto updated to £289.99 before I could process the payment, so I left it there. But glad yours still got through; congratulations. would it help chatting with them?

Reject the delivery, & let the courier return it to GAME.

To expedite the refund, let their customer services team know you are going to do this in advance.

(This may prompt them to let the delivery continue, but refund you the difference in the two prices)

In future, always take screen images, export to an Adobe Portable Document Format [PDF] file, print to a local printer, &/or save the web page offline to provide proof in the event of incidents like this.

Do you recall what the final review page stated during the online purchase prior to you confirming the transaction?

If that said £179.99, then you have a case for only being charged that price.
If it stated a different price, then the onus was on you to reject the process before confirming the transaction.

Something that's irritating with deals like this - so my order went through at £290 as they changed the price whilst I was paying for it.. when you speak to customer service they are like 'sorry the price is £290' then you're like 'but it was £179.99 just moments ago' and they say no it wasn't... you give them the link to this page and they just say 'that's an un official site' it's all so stupid.... like not only do I have to be angry about missing this deal, I've also been charged £290 and need to wait for the bundle to arrive to take it into store for a refund which probably won't be back in my account for another 4-5 days... I already feel sorry for the poor Game worker behind the till when I come in Monday afternoon, he better be careful!!

Game seem to have a random dispatch process which doesn't help at all, I got this deal about 5 minutes after you posted, yet other people who ordered after have had dispatch emails.

Pretty sure they'd of cancelled by now if it was a error, whether it's a weekend or not they still have staff processing orders.

My order was shipped. i will take a screenshot and upload it once ive figured out how to erase my address and order number from it. Like ive said i placed the order a good hour before i posted the deal. I understand people missed out, and some are jealous but that isnt my fault.

I,m pretty confident , I have been told that it will be here Tuesday ,and also had an email confirming it had been released for shipping ,if you check delivery wording it does state next working day ,so I think shipping emails will happen Monday

I was told nothing was being honoured. Not disputing that's there conflicting messages coming from Game's end but don't be shocked if orders are being cancelled. Mine still says Unshipped but I'm under no illusion the order is still live.

I still haven't seen a shipping confirmation from anyone on here. The guys getting the info on live chat is something to fall back on for themselves personally but the OP has gone silent after claiming her order was shipped.

We did the xbox deal and it arrived yesterday, my oh had it shipped to his work and another guy had a box from game arrive as well at same time which was the same size so I'm guessing that he also got one yesterday

Mine went through as a guest user as it failed to make an account, so I used the chat to ask them if they had the order. I didn't mention the price but I'm sure they could see. That said I had Ryan...B. Either there's a lot of Ryans at GAME or they have a random name generator XD

annoyingly, the chat transcript email hasn't come through in my email yet, or a collection email... leaves me with some doubt.

I've just been speaking to a "Ryan F" on their live chat having waited 30 minutes to get through and he confirmed my order has been accepted and is being fulfilled. He said it will be shipping shortly. Lets hope this is true and Game are going to honour the alleged mis price!!

If it helps the xbox £149.99 was genuine as i ordered 1 and it dispatched wednesday and arrived yesterday tho im still waiting on the gears of war 4 game which was so say sent by royal mail.

None of these bundles are being dispatched.

I rang Game in regards to the Xbox One deal on Monday (mine still not dispatched) and obviously asked what the status was on the PS4 order as well. They informed me it was a misprice and no orders are being honoured, I then asked if I saw another person having their order honoured, I would expect mine to be as well and the guy said if you have proof we'll look into it but to his knowledge nothing was being honoured.

Also, I had money taken pretty much immediately for the £150 Xbox One deal they posted on Monday and there's been no progress on my order. In this case, just because they take the money doesn't mean they will fulfil the order. I was told due to the amount of orders received over BF/CM weekend, some orders have been backlogged but I'm finding that hard to believe. Think I'll be getting a refund in the not too distant future...

I got this bundle with Ratchet and Clank instead of The Last of Us for £239 from Shopto. No chance on this earth Game will honour this. I’ve ordered from them before when they have made a pricing error and after your email confirmation they will send you another email which says “lol pricing error sorry cancelled” or words to that effect.

Because they've over charged me £110 with this order, they bumped the price up after I'd confirmed the order..

This is now on a GAME homepage banner ad with "only £289.99" on it. Sometimes they honour obvious mistakes, sometimes they don't, have to wait & see.

Once you order you get up to 12 months to repay and very will credit your account with £50 credit in January 2017 which reduces the overall bill to £200. Only pay that off once the credit has been applied
Make sure you at the FULL balance within the BNPL period or interest will get added. I will simply pay the full balance once the credit has been applied in mid Jan 2017
