I have these and they're decent to start out with. If I have the time I usually put more weight on one of the bars and do each arm seperately.
Only drawback to these is you have to retighten them every now and then as it starts to come loose. Doesn't bother me but it might to some

FYI this is a set of 2x10kg dumbells rather than 2x20kg.
Not a problem with deal but just in case others were wondering

Correct 2x 10kg. Decent to start out with but I would suggest most would want heavier weights. Can always add plates. Cast iron with spinlock is best (I have set of cast iron and the sand ones - which are bulkier and won't last forever).
