Thanks OP . Heres an indication of how ideas like this stair/truck have changed things. My lad started in the Lift industry 25 Years ago and if it was the Lift motor that needed replacing in a 1 lift multi storey then they had to take the new motor up in a wheelbarrow, 4 people carrying it, arms like weightlifters. Nowadays they have an electric stair climber that carries it up and the apprentices are a lot weedier looking LOL

the reason they use things like that now is because we are getting more and more like America. if one of those "weightlifters" had a wee slip, and done their back in. the first words that would have came out their mouth, before they hit the floor, would have been "compensation".
