As per the title - just been to Poundland and, yes, everything is 90p.
No idea how long the 90p offer is on for but they have a big banner outside.

Just thought I'd add this.. if you do have a Guess How Much near you and haven't checked it out.. Do so, it's really quite decent. Especially the clothes section! But I don't know how many stores they have.

but for everything to be a squid itll be cutting it fine on some items and they wouldn't want to do it nationally lol.

My Poundland has been 90p about 4 months now. A new store opened across the road (Guess How Much) so they're obviously competing.

The Poundland in Worthing West Sussex has also been 90p since a Poundworld Extra opened up almost opposite a few months ago.

and at 90p they are making a loss on many items their margins are silly.

Poundland isnt making a loss on anything.
there maybe 1 or 2 items they're buying in for 90-94p but i can promise you now, 95% of the tat in there stores is costing less than 60p

they did that in dudley.
poundworld or poundextra or something opened across the road, so the store went to 95p, then pound land ended up buying out the store, so we now have a poundland opposite and poundland and more
although the poundland and more is useless tat thats actually quite pricey
