Ordered for one as a present for my son for Christmas and was meant to be delivered to my local store yesterday, but it wasn't and was told I'd get it today, just spoken to Tesco and they said that we won't now get it until after Christmas, and they can't even give a date for that.
Not happy as at no point did they say there were any delays and at no point have they tried to contact me to say we won't get it in time for the big day.

I tried this on the Sony VR tour in September and was very impressed, but I advise that the available games warrant some research before you jump in. Some are no more than tech demos. Also, to benefit from full framerate and, therefore, help to avoid motion sickness a ps4 pro is recommended to run this to its full potential. I saw a guy pass out after playing Robinson: The Journey for 10mins. That game was making me feel ill just watching via the monitor. First person games where your character walks about have a higher chance of causing motion sickness imo. Games where the character is sat down...flight sims, driving games should fair better because you will (mostly) be sat down while using a vr headset. Anyway, very cool Xmas pressie, but defo do research first.

doesnt matter, works on every ps4 without any problems, I was a skeptic but got gifted the PlayStation VR and love it, I highly recommend it and I've not had any motion/sickness problems but some people that have played it at mine have felt drowsy after 10-15 mins at first but have built up to playing it for an hour without any problems now, it's really immersive

This thing is amazing, tried mine out last night and it blew me away. It is something totally new and very well done - I had my moneys worth fully within the first 20 minutes alone.
Bear in mind these have been sold out since release day in early October, getting one Christmas week certainly is a deal in the current availability climate.

Not really when you look at how it has 5 star reviews in nearly every website. It's basically the future of gaming, and doesn't have any real competitors.
