If you actually get it! zavvi are the worst company take far too many orders and can't fulfill them. I ordered the deal with uncharted 4 and dishonoured 2 for £199 the other day still not processed, no cancellation email, no reply from customer service also no number to call them, have to go through a web form to wait 24+hours for a reply with no help whatsoever when they actually do reply

Can understand your pain. Currently have a issue with game (who I thought was a popular decent company). 6 emails, one web chat, 2 phone calls and two facebook messages and still haven't correctly refunded. One point they just refunded my postage. Never use them again.
Only companies to date for games that have been great, delivery and customer service is amazon, shopto and John Lewis for me. Every week I am falling out with one company at least lol

Just got an email saying that they 'have too many orders'. Ridiculous!
Whats worse is that they said that we cannot compensate you, even though I paid £5 for next day delivery! Despicable! Avoid!
