Likewise, there should be some sort of support group for us Hue-ys..
I also pushed the button on the E27 Richer Colours bulb.. my poor credit card.
Ah well, hope the wife likes her Hue Christmas presents! hahaha

So annoyed. I had it in the basket then added a CAT6 cable as I intended to split it and then paid for the basket (not 1-Click.) Noticed later the cable went through but the light was still in my basket, now at full price. Boo! Gutted.

You can buy a 5m strip of multi-coloured LEDS for a lot cheaper than this on Fleabay.
About £12

I have both, quality difference is HUGE, plus adds to current hue set-up i.e. you can control via phone, alexa etc.
Some people (like myself) like the convenience/gadgets.
Fleabay LED probably wont last as long either

Heat from me, i'll be sat waiting to click Add to Basket like the Hue-hore that I am!
The first review says this about the extension kits:
"I really like this product. There's so many possibilities for where it can be used. The quality of the light output is unmatched in the LED world at the moment.
BUT.... in my particular use-case, I am running this with an additional 3 x 1 metre extensions. The total light output is not increased - it just dims the overall strip. This in confirmed on the FAQ section on the American version of the philips website, where it states that the 1600 lumen output is not increased by extending the strip."

Reckon Amazon will do the 40% off RRP of £69.99 just to squeeze a few extra quid.
Still one hell of a good deal.
Can anyone confirm if this will go live for Prime members at 5:30pm ?

I'm not sure if other people have already posted, but the 1m (add-on) extension kit is 30% off at the moment - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-Personal-Wireless-Lightstrip-Extension/dp/B0148NMVJW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1482139313&sr=8-1&keywords=philips+hue+1m
