I ordered mine a week ago. They're just rubbish for cancelling it this late and with no notification - I only found out because PayPal notified me a refund had come through.

sorry to hear that... they told me something wasn't in stock 2 days after it had been ordered... it did arrive though

They've cancelled my order just a few days before Christmas with no reason given.
I wouldn't buy anything from them.

have to admit.. their customer service is pants... think you have to choose carefully... order in plenty of time... and hope you don't need to contact them... first time i've used them & i'll be careful ordering from them again
You dont have to open credit account just an account they send the bill with items and you can pay straight away on the site ordered loads and paid for once received, its better actually because you can actually see what you atre paying for and if you dont like there is a returns label enclosed and you only pay for what you keep
