Not 10 bit or doesn't have the best viewing angles but it has a great picture, one of the best TVOS and 5 years warranty (a promotion on the Panasonic website)
Netflix and Amazon prime, both with 4K and HDR shows/films are available on this TVs OS.
Nothing like it for the price unless you go to unestablished brands.
Received Best Buy 2016 on what hifi and has hit 4 star/ 7/10 reviews on other websites.
Been looking for a TV for a couple months.. couldn't find a better 55+" branded TV at this price.
AO.com had this also at £799 with 10% off = £720 .. just missed out on this as the price has gone up to £899. Keep an eye out if AOs price drops again.

Actually, I found the link on the Panasonic website where you can search the participating retailers, and yes you are correct Hughes are one of the participating retailers :smile:
On the Panasonic website it says the 5 year warranty is available from participating retailers. How do you know if Hughes is a participating retailer as i can't see anything on the Hughes website.

This tv is superb. I bought it when it cost £1200. Believe me at this price it's an absolute steal. I moved from Samsung to Panasonic after having their smart to for many years. Unfortunately they had become very unreliable with my last to with them lasting less than a month.
For true 4K PC gaming and upscaled 4K playback via bluray this tv is stunning. I can't detect any perceptible gaming lag either.
If you want a top quality 4K HDR tv with a large screen then this is for you
