I've got this system and sound works great with blu rays etc. Can someone tell me or give me a step by step link on how to set this up with my Sky Q as the sound through the 5.1 sound really low and crap really. I've got the optical cable connected to the sky q box to the blu ray player and hear sound from all speakers but it sounds worse than the built-in tv speaker, I've tried different settings on the sky q box and blu ray player but nothing seems to make it any better.
Thanks for any help.

It has no HDMI inputs but does have an optical input and ARC, so if you intend to use it with other entertainment devices it might be worth checking your TV specs to make sure it has ARC and can pass surround sound through it.
Good price though.

I have a Pany 5.1 3d system, not this one but I'm very happy with it. Faultless

I've got one of these, and to be honest id probably avoid it..
It's slow, and extremely buggy. It has moments of madness.. I've seen It be turned off.. yet outputting the menu, including the open animation if you hit the eject button, yet the tray wont open (as its not on)... It also crashes occasionally (with just garbage on the VFD display), and gets in a muddle pretty regularly about DVDs, telling you that it cant play a disc as its not compatible, yet plays it just fine after a power down and back up.
I wanted to like it.. but I just don't get on with it. If it worked right it would be a great deal.

Can anyone suggest a pair of wireless speakers for similar money? I'm aware of the Philips firestorm sold seemingly exclusively by Argos which I'm tempted by.
Other than the fact that the firestorm are wireless, do they any other advantage over these given that they're double the price almost?

Are the speakers Bluetooth ?

No they are all wired. It does have a Bluetooth receiver so you can send audio to it via Bluetooth, but that's all.

It's been on this price for nearly a month now. Yesterday they just put the SALE sticker on. Not really reduced. Looks like a good sustem though.
