I know these cashback deals are a pain; but I have never been let down in the past.
This is a cracking camera with 4k recording and great reviews online.

Same, went for the 150mm lense, what's so amazing is that the lenses are equivalent to double DSLR type, i.e 150 mm is equivalent to 300mm

Just spoke to them, the Cashback has been really popular, they are taking an extra 2 weeks to process but all good.
Their T&C's do say that you need to contact them no later than 35 days after submitting your claim if you haven't received payment, but the lady said that wasn't the case as it's been delayed.

Submitted mine on the 1st Feb, not paid yet. Emailed them to ask for an update and they confirmed that the claim was verified on the 6th with the ammount supposedly appearing within 28 days. Will be sure to contact them again between day 28 and 35 if it's not paid by then

Mine was submitted 31st January, paid by Paypal 7th February.
Read carefully the rules on if they don't pay you automatically - I think it's something like you have between day 28 and 35 to report non-payment of cashback.

FYI , I am currently using the GX80 in Las Vegas as I am typing this. What an incredible camera. I've always been a Nikon fan, but this is enough to persuade me to turn Mirrorless for every trip. Extremely Lightweight, and I can not stress how great the 150mm(300mm equivalent) lense is , they sell at Jessops for £169. This lense is tiny compared to my Nikkor 300mm!

EU import duty rules. "Video cameras" have a higher duty rate than "photo cameras". Where a video camera is defined as something that shoots 30 mins or more in a single take. So Panasonic impose the limit in software to reduce the import duty.
It may be possible to flash the camera with non-EU firmware to remove the restriction. No idea if this works.

Has anyone tried to submit the cashback claim yet? I know the earliest that you can submit is a month after purchase...
However, I just had a go earlier but i'm unable to select the lens (12-32mm) model from the drop-down, does anyone know the correct model number for the lens itself or can I just ignore this and just select the camera model only?
If you bought the body and 12-32 kit lens together in a set then claim for just the camera cashback (£200) by entering the model code for the set you bought.
You only need to fill in the "lens" dropdown if you bought another lens at the same time, this gets you additional cashback. The 12-32mm lens isn't one qualifying for "additional cashback", which is why its not in the dropdown.
"Our camera is so great, we will pay you to buy it".
