Link wasn't working for me either so I googled the offer and you can go through voucher cloud.
I've just signed up to the special offer now and received the confirmation email but there's no mention of the voucher or how you about claiming it.

All 11 Sky Cinema channels and their catch up service. So basically anything that has premiered on Sky's Cinema channel's in the last 12 months (see link below), plus upcoming premiers for as long as you have a Now TV cinema pass.
I've been a Now TV entertainment customer for over a year and it's still offering me the free trial, looks like it's for new Cinema customers.

I posted this deal when there was a £15 topshop voucher instead. Be warned, I was never emailed the link to get the voucher however contacted them yesterday and fairly easily sorted.

The voucher is supplied by Edenred (scroll down to bottom of page) so I would suspect they could be used at multiple retailers HERE

That looks good, Argos sell Now TV passes including Sports Week Passes for £10 each. So if they are indeed included that's over 6 weeks Movies and a couple of weeks of Sport for £9.99, bargain.
