Not sure whether this is deal as such as it's been on for ages and possibly continuously but definitely worth the price I think... a bit more glamorous than the Premier Inn or Travelodge which are around the same sort of budget.
Lots of nights available but more so Sundays/Mondays from looking, not available Tues/weds/Saturdays, and I can't find much available Fridays, although they do have lots of other offers for weekends but not this cheap.
Come on gents, treat your lovely lady to some time away!
Small print:
This rate is bookable a minimum 120 days in advance via the website only. Full, non refundable prepayment is required at time of booking. Once reserved, the offer is non cancellable and dates non amendable. Oxford is excluded. Not valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Saturdays. Please note rates vary by hotel and date, and subject to availability.

Very misleading offer. Says 'Book London from £40' yet there's not a single day in 2017 where the rate is £40. In fact prices are around £70-£110

Okay so here I am in the swanky Manchester Malmaison.....check your T&Cs folks - for £40 I had a Sunday Sleepover which meant I needed to spend an extra £75 in bar/restaurant to secure this rate! Now as we travelled 4 hours by train for a wedding anniversary we didn't say no and paid said £75 which was enough for a two course meal with wine. We also received one voucher for a glass of champagne (between us?????????) so all in all it was decent value if you consider room only on the night was £139. Stay AWARE of 'hidden' costs you could incur.

One overwhelming memory of Dundee is the vast amount of very young girls pushing pushchairs / prams. Has been 10 or so years since i was last there so not sure if it's still the case , but in my mind Dundee is the capital of teenage pregnancies :sunglasses:
