If you're going to virtue signal, at least be accurate. 1 can is not an issue and "diabetes" is very vague.

Lots of fine dining with wine and sparkling water tastes better than this. All fruits, salads have their own taste. I may not mind a small drink of the diet version of this.
But this is full sugar and very dangerous in large quantity or for regular consumption.
