Chromecast offers currently have a 2 month Now TV Sky Cinema pass for £2. However when I clicked on it, I got it for £1 .... no idea why!
To access the deal, for desktop follow the link and connect to your Chromecast.
I followed the other option, which is to download the Chromecast app (now called the Google Home app), go to the 'discover' tab, and it will appear there as the first item. Simple.
Keep in mind, it's £9.99/month if you don't cancel before the end of the trial.

Is this because you are charged £1 per month, so they take £1 when you buy the pass, and another £1 for the following month 30 days later.

Is this stackable (added to end of current subscription)? I have a deal until January already, I paid a whopping £1.66 a month for 3 months..

Are they better than Netflix ( for movies)?

I think it is

It's basically Sky Movies, so you get all the new premieres on demand. They have a decent collection of older movies, but really it's mostly worth it for the premiere movies, as in most cases your getting them a few months before Netflix.

Just done this, works great, doesn't apply until your next month starts.

Didn't work for me, as it says wrong code please re enter. However it is the correct code - I did do a previous offer for this, which might be the issue.

But do you have to have a Chromecast/Chromecast account to activate the offer first please?

yes, it's a Chromecast offer. The home app requires a Chromecast device for you to get the offer.

the family tele has a Chromecast attached..can I download it via that, then log into Now TV on my PlayStation in my room and watch from there? or does the Chromecast have to be attached to the tv you watch it on?

You can use your Now TV account on four devices and watch on two devices at the same time.
So someone could watch one film on the family TV while you watch another film on your PlayStation upstairs.

"Chromecast" should be in the title

I have a question.....
I am at my friend's house now and she has a Chromecast which I have just connected to and downloaded the app.
I don't have Chromecast at home though but I already have a Now TV account for movies and entertainment.
If I sign up for this offer now whilst I'm connected to her Chromecast, will it apply if I am only watching Now TV via my tablet and box as usual please?
Thank you and sorry for the long winded question!

I find now tv cinema pass really poor. Very few updates in the last 6 months. Same with entertainment. Netflix, for me, trumps now tv and it's cheaper too

They have a new movie every day though ! Netflix is more about TV shows these days.
Both have their merits.
