I could not see the banner that is why I assumed that it (the banner) was account specific.

Go to https://play.google.com/store This is the home page there are big banners you'll need to swipe across and it will say 50% off albums.

Find a album you like and click the orange price button when your ready to but it should be 50% off then just pay with PayPal will be free if £2 or under :smiley:

Dang it. Wish I'd read thru the comments first! Got the £2 Google credit to make it a £1.99 spend (FYI, it said £3.99 via PayPal the whole way thru, even the pop up saying I'd paid 3.99 via PayPal, checked my acc and there it showed I'd paid 1.99 and used 2.00 credit)

Same for me, I can see and redeem other offers like 4 months free music. I did see the 50% off banner once on my IPad via Safari, but clicking the banner didn't actually do anything or redeem the offer. Guess you have to redeem it via an Android or Windows device (if you see the offer on either of those device types - as I cant) ? Or the offer may possibly be account specific ? :disappointed:

Wow! Now that's some tracklisting, a collection absolutely crammed with modern day classics!

May have worked if you used Chrome for iOS - that's what I did on my iPhone and then switched to desktop view as not showing in mobile view. The t&c's did state only on compatible devices as I also have the Play music app installed, so managed to do both this and the PayPal offer entirely on my phone.

P.s. I didn't buy this rubbish here, although heat, OP, as I wouldn't have known about the combined offer and looked for it else.

Cheers had £4 credit on my account so downloaded this for the kids, will do well at xmas!

I don't seem to see the 50% offer on my account, though I do if I use the link shared by Bossworld... I then see NOW 95 for £1.99 which jumps back to £3.00 when I click on it. I assume this means I'm not eligible on my account?
I presume clicking 'buy' does just that, i.e. there is no basket to see if the discount has been applied?

Didnt work for me, got offered the 4 months streaming and so got 10% off £3.99 and got billed £1.59 for The1975 album, bargain.

50% off not working for me, maybe as I have 75% off a movie in my play account ?

I had problems getting 50% off until i went into googlemail account and there was a email stating 50% off music album, link in that email worked for me. Also once purchased through paypal (effectively free) use a pc/laptop to download album into mp3 files to use on other devices or standard media players. If downloaded on phone the format seems to be locked to google music player and non transferable. Had to google it before i could play the music in my car.
