Mine too. I've had order received and a confirmation email but still can't track it. Also I have a PayPal receipt

Just checked mine and the order number my post code or email address is not recognised. I think they have cancelled these orders and have not sent out the email to confirm this. If they were processing these we should have known by now or at least shown up in the tracking

I have spoken to customer service, there confirm tracking activated after item is dispatched. My order in the system :smiley:))

Looking at their t+c's for delivery if you picked the click and collect option like I did then it won't track and the only communication you get is when it's ready to pick up in the store you selected..
