Just whinged at their customer services on the phone. Long story short: none in stock, don't know when new stock is due in, will treat customers who have paid as priority when it does arrive. I was given the option of a refund but for the sake of a tenner I'm relatively happy to wait.

I have just received a cancellation email even though I have waited a month. They have offered 10% credit off my next order which equates to 80p. What an absolute farce!

Ordered 2nd Dec money debited from my account on 7th Dec and order has been cancelled on 28th Dec. How can they have the cheek to charge you for a item that they have not even dispatched ? then cancel 26 days later. Really poor customer service.

I received the same email but I too was charged .emailed back to be told to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. Really they shouldn't be charging until items are dispatched. Cancelling a order 26 days later is quite ridiculous .
