The latter - partly why I am loathed to vote either way, as it might be a reduction and literally one unit is available in the country (an extreme example, for sure).
It doesn't mean it's a bad deal, but I personally find these practices/'deals' less than ideal. Imagine driving to your local TrU for a £3.50 game and finding they don't have any...time and fuel cost easily more in value for me! I'll be in there most likely in the next day or two for Xmas gifts, so will see if there's any left - nothing ventured/gained and all that.
