Pretty much, yes. As far as I'm aware, and after looking into the requirements to advertise still water then this meets the definition of simply tap water. And with that I havent seen any evidence to counter the argument that it is no better than the tap water that you already pay for through your local council tax other than this water comes in a shiny fancy plastic bottle.
