LoL Auto car shampoo is not safe as it has wax and salt in it, using a car shampoo may make you bike look nice but it will leave a film on your breaks and this is why it Squeak's. and the salt in the shampoo will kill your bike over time.

You can still order the items. Search for the product and ok the search screen select add to basket as many times as you want. Then either deliver it out or pick up in store. Just picked mine up in store
My frame did snap the other month so maybe I've been using the wrong detergent all this time...

When I click on the link it takes me to the item page but states it's unavailable for click + collect or delivery?
However, scroll down the page and you can add it to your basket?
Just reserved some for collection, seems rather odd :smirk:

people who are willing g to wash their bike in this cheap nasty **** go ahead. but can not have any respect or love for your bike and it must be a cheap bike you have no pride in. washing up liquid is full of salt (very bad)

it's if safe on your skin it's safe for your bike. brakes might squeak. I use auto shampoo but put less in so it's mild. does the trick and is safe.

Thanks for that vid, I love my bikes (worth more than my car) and wouldn't want to wreck them like that!
Fairy liquid will strip the paint and wax! Wouldn't use it on a car or bike or my hands unless covered in grime.
