they're actually 2kg bags in Aldi. But your point still stands. It.s 9.5p/kg at Aldi and 13.3p/kg at Morrisons with this deal

If this for Maris Piper potatoes then this is rediculously cheap. I'm pretty sure last year the deals were for 39/40 pence for Christmas seasonal vegetables. The German retailers have taken it lower again thus year. To be boring and calculate the maths ordinary white potatoes in Aldi/Lidl are 9.5 pence per kilogram. With Morrisons the price rises to just over 13 pence per kilogram. However these are a better breed of crop potatoes with the Piper's, so it's horses for courses. Oddly enough on Asda's website their potatoes are still showing normal pricing. Happy shopping!

alsi are same maris piper and lidl are a different brand but baby type so best of both get some from both or 3 shops if u want depends how far they are from u though lidl and aldi are within 1 mile so can walk there and back with a few bags but morrisons is over 4 miles I give up on them

How can this get to 653 degrees when someone posted these potatoes and the other veg available in this offer almost two hours earlier and it only got to 73 degrees. This site is absolutely crazy sometimes

I take it you've never been to Borehamwood!! Yes, there is a Lidl in Borehamwood, but Aldi/Asda are a bit further away, I believe. Would take a very dedicated discount potato fan to travel a bit further out I guess!

You don't need to go to all 3 stores, just go to Lidl you will save fortunes

21 Dec 16#50
Oh I do! But for this deal in particular, I'm not sure that Lidl do the same deal as Morrisons for 2.5kg Maris Piper Pots? Think it was Aldi. Point me in the right direction if they do! I expect the bigger stores may start price matching in the next couple of days...!
Opening post
Pick up 3 BAGS of Maris Piper Potatoes (2.5kg) for a shiny £1.00! Usual RRP is £2.00 per bag, so this is a MEGA SAVING!
Even if you don't need that many, it would be great to split between friends/family for those all important Roast Potatoes!
If you don't want 3 bags, Morrisons are offering each bag of potatoes at a cut price of 50p, which is still a fantastic saving.
Unsure whether this deal is online.
Do let me know if you spot them online/in your local store!
Happy Shopping and Seasons Greetings to all! xxxxx
