Leather shopper bag available in black, red, cream or denim blue. Might be a good shout for Christmas. I have a few Modalu bags and they're always top quality!

I was going to get one of these, but then I checked out Modalu, the 'English' company.
Whilst I don't disagree with you its a £30 handbag. Premium priced designer handbags are probably made in the same country.

. But surely if you read the article it says nothing about the ethics of production in India, only that modalu handbags are not worth the usual £200 price tag, therefore making this deal price worth it.. Let's face it it's still a quality leather bag for £35, I own two modalu bags already and they're lovely quality. You pay more in m&s for a similar style in leather and I'm sure most 'designer' products are produced much cheaper than you think.
