We used to put off watching films until we have read the book but bizarrely I'm currently reading Metro 2033 and will start playing the game (it's been in my library for several months) once finished.
Unlike film adaptions I'm expecting the game to be better that it's source material.
Just thought I'd share this to see others opinion and if anyone else has done the same with any other games.

I thought the same at first as I played the non Redux version, the Redux has two modes and one makes the game more action orientated (like Last Light) which I really enjoyed.

I thought the first one was boring, second one is supposed to be a lot better.
