I purchased this at Currys/PC World. It is the same price on Amazon.
Other places are around £45.
It is well padded for a compact bag and surprisingly fits a Nikon D810 with 24-70 F2.8 lens.
A compact camera backpack that opens fully to reveal your protected kit
Padded compartment totally dedicated to camera gear, adjustable shoulder straps
Space on the flap for accessories and day essentials.
Suitable for DSLR, lenses and accessories, depending on the size
Front organized pocket for smartphone, wallet, etc

Good price but I prefer the sling type or attached to my belt.

zips on inside of the 'lid' look like they could scratch the contents when closed
also looks incredibly bulky the way it sits out from the back rather than against the body - increasing strain?
turtle power anyway!

I prefer the sling type personally and have a lowepro. The opening looks a nightmare to get kit out on the move.
Not a manfrotto but here's another option...
