I still don't get why people want to buy a nespresso machine then use inferior pods in it ..for the sake of a few pence more each pod stick to the originals ..great offer by the way I already own one but thinking of this just for aerocino and free pods .

Be careful of the terms around the £75 credit if it's the same as a month ago. It was £25 credit a time up to £75. Min amount of pods per order and delivery charges to add on.

Based on a previous post lattissima adds water to the milk but the Aeroccino heats it

amount of water is negligible. plus steaming is the way it's done in proper coffee shops so i don't see any reason to not use the lattissimas in built function.

I asked in a Nespresso store about this and he said no water is added to the milk tank. The milk is headed with steam like in a coffee shop but thats it.

The Lattisima+ machine uses steam to heat the milk (as is the case in coffee shops using commercial equipment). It also allows you to choose how little or much froth you would like by adjustment of the knob.
Aeroccino on the other hand uses induction to heat the milk and has just two options with regards to amount of froth/foam you would like, adjusted by way of using one of the two provided magnetic attachments. One for a Latte and the other for a Cappuccino.

$tarbucks also do their own Nespresso compatible capsules. Similar price to the original ones (40-capsules for £11.99) but they do offer free delivery on them unlike Nespresso (£4 unless you order a minimum of 150-capsules) and you can get 10% off by first signing up to their newsletter and they'll email you a discount code.

I believe 3yr guarantee as standard on all these machines so same same. As someone who likes to cash in tcb as Amazon credit and get the (variable %) bonus buying from Amazon makes sense.
Anyone waiting on the white unit from yesterday's deal should be able to cancel that and get this one in black. I've noticed their customer service tighten up somewhat though recently.

Price gone back up. I ordered a few days ago at 69 pound. Not been shipped yet though, I would've cancelled and reordered for the extra 5 pound savings but missed it. I use an Aeropress which is a fantastic cheap coffee maker with lavazza ground coffee! Will I notice a huge difference with the coffee this machine makes? Thanks!

27 Dec 161#48
In addition, you need to register for the free credit promotion:
Usually takes 2-3 days (Nespresso quote "allow up to 10 days") for the first part of the credit to appear in your Nespresso account. After you've used that, the next part appears within a couple of days and so on until you've received the total amount of free credit. Nespresso usually email you to advise when the first part of free credit has been applied to your account. However they don't for subsequent parts of free credit.

To save the frustration that many other members went through, you would be better off contacting Nespresso (phone, email or live online chat):
For whatever reason, some machines simply won't register online unless Nespresso themselves intervene. AO.com red Lattisima+, which had a unique model number exclusive to them or something along those lines, for example.

Registered with Nespresso club yesterday, and and just completed the promotion application for the account credit (scan of receipt, etc), which they say once validated, will be on my account within 10 days (well, the first £25).
In the meantime, we are trying out the assorted capsules we got with the machine, but have also bought some compatible pods from Morrisons until the credit is active and we can get some pods from Nespresso.
These coffees are already much better than Tassimo or Dolce Gusto, with using real milk rather than the milk pods.
Just need to have a play around with pods and amount of water to be added, as we generally drink mugs of coffee, and the standard 'Lungo' size is only 110ml of water which isnt much. Need to try with more water and see that it doesn't weaken the coffee to much, as you can set the 'Lungo' button to add a custom amount of water.
