Are you only allowed one set of free samples per person or if you order two things on seperate orders does code still work?

The samples were mascara/ strobe cream and primer. This offer has now expired but you can still get one free sample per purchase with every MAC order without use of a code if this is of any use to anybody! No limit to how many orders you can place.

Anybody been overcharged? Order was £11.50 but got charged £22.50?

I'm really sorry to put a downer on this but just be careful because my youngest daughter ordered a mascara and a lipstick/concealor holder from Mac recently that came to £21 The parcel arrived on Saturday and all that it contained was a lipstick and the wee free sample. No mascara and no lipstick holder! The invoice does have the correct order but unfortunately they're not in the parcel. She's 13years old and very disappointed as it was a Xmas gift for her sister. My oldest daughter also ordered a few things from them last month and one of the items in her order wasn't in the parcel either. She phoned them and did manage to get a refund.
We have now been phoning since Saturday about the missing items but you're told on phoning that it's a 35 minute wait to get through to a customer service person and I've just not had the time. I'll get through eventually but it's not going to be on time for Xmas. She's got a lipstick she didn't order that's not worth anywhere near the things that were ordered. Hopefully we've just been unlucky but just thought I'd warn you.
