I ordered a SIM during the promotion period using the promotion link. However, I've not got my ticket codes. I've been chasing them for last 4 months, but no luck! Anyone else has got the tickets?

Anyone got a cinema code email recently. I am worried it will go into spam and when I complain they will point out the '7 days to claim' t&c.

Can someone clarify if the bundles are recurring or a one off? They seem to be recurring so one would need to cancel?
