It is not all weekend parking, just 12 hours. On weekends, many places and yellow lines are free to park anyway after 6pm so don't need paid parking.

It only starts after 6pm on Saturday till Monday morning , don't dare before otherwise nasty parking fine in post or affixed to the car.

Not correct i know many areas before 6 it all depends on the parking meter times. Lamberth, Southwark, Camden, to name but a few are free or free from 1pm.

I use Justpark....get a space near the Imax at £8 for 24 hours!

I always use ncp, they are usually as cheap as £10, i used it for whole day on weekend winterwonderland trip and weekend hamleys toy parade events . On grosvenor street.
