Better off with a refurb Ultimate for £78 on Amazon after the £30 discount on £100+ items on the warehouse.

Specks super vague, is this IR only or does it do bluetooth (for Xbox and PS)?

You need the Hub for Xbox and PS

Thanks for the reply. Have an older version and use a hub for the PS3.

Aye that's what I went for too, looking forward to it, hopefully it doesn't have a massive scratch across the screen or something awful :/
Here's a bit more info.:- Logitech Harmony Ultimate
The Logitech Harmony Ultimate includes the Harmony Hub RF receiver. Harmony Hub turns RF signals from the remote into IR and Bluetooth commands your devices can understand. You can access your devices even through cabinets and walls including IR devices and game consoles (PS3, Wii or Xbox 360). With the optional Harmony App, anyone in the house can turn his or her smartphone into a personal universal remote. Plus you get features such as vibration feedback, motion-detection and buttons programmable for both short and long presses, doubling the available buttons.

You DON'T need RF for the Xbox One, my Harmony 650 works perfectly with it via IR

I've had a number of harmony's over the year but I wasn't a fan of this one. Also the battery didn't seem to last long at all.
I agree with the comment above, you're much better off with an ultimate / elite.
hot deal though.

Do Logitech honor the warranty after 1 year on Amazon Warehouse items?

If it does = free return.
I have the ultimate but yet to open it... mulling over lack of number keys and the mrs using it...

Horlicks, I didn't even notice that. But to get hard keys you have to go back to a 650 or similar I think? And I couldn't bear looking at that every day it looks like those horrible old MCE remotes. The number-less ones have the favourite channels though, should make up for it...

Yeah the 650 - I had a 30% off logitech code expired last night and forgot to use it :disappointed:. Could have had it for £35

You'd be better off holding out for the next price drop on an Ultimate.
I've owned all of the Harmony remotes and this was definitely the slowest performing of the bunch.
I never needed a button pad anyway so never missed that and for some the button placement was a bit out of sorts. Never an issue for me
Though and Harmony One on I've been very happy
Currently have an elite pro which isn't that different to the Ultimate but as I got it for free and sold my Ultimate for £85, who am I to argue
I bought one a couple of weeks ago as a gift and had the same concern. The only clue to it being used was all the tape they used to keep the box closed. I managed to take all the scratty tape off and put a single, small piece on and it looks like new again.

Found one of these in Bristol Cribbs yesterday. Easy to set up just like my old one+ and very simple to use. Can't say about battery life or anything yet, but do prefer the look and feel of this over the one+.

Got a touch about a week ago (and love it, apart from the pause play and buttons at the top), so was after a hub but far too expensive. Was after an Elite but out of my price range, so thanks too Scotsmania got an Ultimate, well coming today for less than a hub on it's own.
Tested out battery life didn't let it go dead but 3 days and I had to charge it. So no biggy if you forget to put it on charge over night.

My update is my refurbished ultimate came but no remote only hub and 1 is blaster? I do have another Box to pick up from post office but as this small box went to a neighbour thinking maybe that will be something else as guessing would have shipped together. Will find out in morning. Did anyone else order the refurbished ultimate for £76 after the £30 discount any advice as to what to expect. The product was linked said remote and 2 is blaster cables. Any advice? Guess in morning will see what is at the post office.
Recently most of my prime delivery is royal mail. :disappointed: they seem to hate leaving things down side gate or with neighbours so I have a 20 min drive to collect
I'd get on to Amazon support and return it for another.

Thanks Guys yeah had a chat with them, this is just the hub and got mislabeled its going back and ordered another and they are applying a new credit so still pay the same.
Bit of a pain but I think worth it.

Bitten by this Amazon Warehouse cr*p too.
I bought the Ultimate and received it yesterday, great price, and condition was good, but the remote itself was totally and utterly dead. Even a spell on the charger (which I tested and was supplying power) didn't wake it up and unrecognised on the USB into the laptop.
So Amazon ship unchecked returns and hope for the best. They will refund but not replace, which is Ok, except they encouraged me to use the Top Up free fiver before purchase, which I did, so now they'll only refund onto store credit.
So now I'm stuck unable to buy a replacement until the faulty one arrives back and money is refunded onto the account. Gah!
Just be warned, Warehouse customer support is incredibly unhelpful if something does go wrong!

That seems a bit unfair. They're refunding you, aren't they?
We are essentially buying used items unseen, relying on some poor sap who probably has no idea what it is to take a quick look and rate the condition. We take a bit of a gamble for our savings. I have had a couple of lemons from warehouse deals but got immediate profuse apologies and refunds. I hope you have better luck next time.

No, we are not "essentially buying used items unseen". Amazon claim that "Product's working order is ensured". That is part of the reason they can justify only a slight reduction on the retail price of the product. Obviously this £30 offer is a bonus, but talking standard Warehouse pricing here - this item is only £11 less than they are selling it for new.
So, I don't think it's unfair to be annoyed that they ship out an obviously untested item that arrives DOA, and then are inflexible in arranging a replacement, despite there still being stock.
They've received it back (says Collect+) but still awaiting the refund so I can place another order... won't be for a Warehouse item this time though.

And now they have issued a refund. And taken up the price of the (new, wouldn't risk warehouse again) item from £119 to £160.
