They also don't allow you to autofill, like when you type the first letter of your email address you get a drop down with options. I gave up in the end, I have one local but I wanted it delivered and the free del and gift box disappeared with no mention at all.

You can do one click ordering via paypal now, instead of filling out forms coming up with passwords for their varying daft requirements. I don't need an account, you don't have one when buying out of a shop and you don't need one to buy online. I got things in my basket but I don't think I can be bothered, they don't even have address finder. Marketing basics, make it easy to buy, any barriers should be minimal and absolutely necessary. It's what I do for a living which is why it probably annoys me.

You can also get free click n collect. Check with customer services if you know you have a store near but it doesn't show on their website. Had that problem with the Glasgow storenot showing but they put the order thru over the phone for me.
