My replacement set seems much better so far - definitely something wrong with the pair I had. They're a bit more uncomfortable at the moment, but hoping that's just as I wore the other set in a bit more.
Ive only tried mine with a cheapy bluetooth transmitter on PC and it works flawelessly. Dont get huge distances but surrounding rooms are fine, struggles a bit when you get to opposite sides of the house.

Tried two different Bluetooth transmitters on PC, and the same occasional cutout on my phone even if close. I'm tempted to return these and order another pair - certainly hope it's a fault.
Can I just ask what distances you're going to without a problem? I'm sitting closer than with other pairs and have the issue, but just wondering.
EDIT: Just submitted for a refund and return, as I'm usually pretty forgiving and it just doesn't seem right. I'd have been happy to just ask for a replacement, but looks like I have to re-order.

I do, although having an issue where there seems to be an occasional pause even when relatively close to my Bluetooth transmitter, and then they can get out of sync/delayed audio. I'm not sure if something could be wrong with them, sound is good though.

No such issues with mine - I love them. Have you tried them with more than one source? Send them back if they are like that with everything.
Just noticed they are now down to £38

There was one pair available 'fulfilled by Amazon' so I'll have no bother sending them back if they're cack

Agreed, if these were a known headphone brands and there were cheaper unbranded ones that looked the same I'd think they were knock-offs or cheap versions but Lindy isn't a headphone manufacturer and they're likely just finding the same unbranded units and sticking their name on them.
I've got my cancellation/refund through fine, it's a little annoying as I spent some time reading reviews on the headphones and the seller then bought these as a gift so had to do the same for some others but mistakes happen.

Update : Looks like we broke them... :disappointed:
Dear Sir / Madam,
Unfortunately due to the scale of the pricing issue in regards to the BNX headphones we are unable to fulfill any orders or respond to the volume of requests at this point.
Being so close to Christmas it is not possible to even dispatch the amount of orders we received over the weekend due to the affected listing going viral.
In this case we are sorry to say we have no choice but to close the shop until further notice.
If you haven’t already, you will receive a full refund by the end of today. We are deeply sorry It has come to this but we do not have the resources to control the issue.
Thank you to those who have been so understanding.
We wish you all a great Christmas and New Year!
All the best

The housing doesn`t look the same, it`s exactly the same. The review and descriptions from 7dayshop are practically the same just without the “official” reviews. if you were trying to set yourself apart from competitors you wouldn`t simply borrow the same housing, case, drivers and noise cancellation design, Lindy is an electronics shop, imo no different than maplin or 7dayshop which makes my assumption all the more plausible.
ianbeany
19 Dec 16#72
Yup. Would have been better to not make an offer at all imo..its a bit insulting really.
It was just a genuine pricing error at the end of the day though so no harm done. Hopefully nobody leaves them a neg or neutral

I'm almost deadset convinced that both head phones are just rebrands of this Chinese headphone, especially when you scroll down the pictures alibaba, shows you just how much you can push the pricing envelope with some branding and official reviews.

AFAIK the buyer needs to accept the cancel request, if they don't then the seller must fulfil or they get a non-performing seller strike

It's probably a bot doing it for them, it probably improves search rankings if an item is "almost sold out" so it will continually increase stock levels as items sell.
i.e. 1 sold of 1000 is bad but 1 sold of 10 is good
that's my guess anyway

Hi,
I’m very sorry to inform you that there has been a huge mistake on this listing due to an upload error on Friday, regretfully we are unable to fulfil your order at the price shown on the listing.
We kindly ask you if we can cancel your order and give you a full refund, please send a reply confirming to cancel so that it does not affect our crucial ebay rating too much.
Over 400 of the BNX headphones sold over the weekend at less than half the price we can even buy them for, we are a very small family run business… if we were to fulfil all of these orders at the price shown it would put us out of business for certain.
The absolute best price we can offer them to you is £69.47, if you would still like to receive the Headphones we would require an extra payment of £41.00. If you wish to pay the excess to receive your order please reply and I will send you details for additional payment.
Otherwise please confirm to agree cancelation of your order and I will cancel and refund ASAP.
Best Regards
