bought mine with my new lg TV. pretty great.
the difference is very noticeable, and I'm somewhat angry that the TV speakers are so naff by comparison. it's nice that the sound bar bar can be controlled via the regular LG TV remote too.

The bluetooth is so you can stream music from your phone/mp3 player to the soundbar. I'm not aware of any TVs having Bluetooth!

You can connect the TV to the speakers using HDMI (ARC), Optical In (TosLink) or normal 3.5mm jack I believe
Also being LG, you are able to use LG's own proprietary wireless connection called Sound Sync with a compatible LG TV
