Seems like a good price & 2 year guarantee is included.
Update; I collected mine yesterday at my local Waitrose and I am probably returning them now as they feel quite cheap, which at that price I know they are, I thought they wold be bether finished & less plastic. I'll stick to using my smartphone for now & a pair of glasses
The highlight would be 2 years warranty I guess for posting this deal..

Even if they were the same tablet you buy from John Lewis for the 2 year guarantee and get them to price match Argos.

Only one gb ram. Better buy with atleast 2gb if you do not want memory problems.

You have no idea what you are talking about. You cannot add ram with external hard drive. This tablet will always give memory problems due to insufficient ram. Android needs at least 2gb ram to work properly.

Sorry but you're both wrong. 1GB of ram is ok, not ideal obviously, but all that will be limited is the amount of apps you can have running or in the background. If you have the option of 2GB for a little more money, go for that one, but if not it's still a decent experience. It depends on what you plan to do on them for sure, but nobody looking for a high end tablet should be looking at these deals anyway.

It is not a decent experience, you have to use clean master or some other app killer to kill apps and free memory all the time due to lack of ram. There are so many android tablets now with two gb ram for little more.

This or the Amazon Fire 7"? Can kodi be loaded on both?

Kodi can be installed on any android device as long as you can install apps from Play. You might have to tweak the Fire tab but this one is a standard android.

You can also download KODI onto an Android Device without the need/necessity of/for Google Play Store too?.
Mmm sure, I was trying to keep the tech level down - if someone has a Play enabled device, they can install Kodi. If they have a crippled device (as per some Amazon stuff) and they have enabled side loading, then usually one would install Play first thing - so I merely say it that way in case people have got a capable device but don't remember anything about why they have it or know nothing about side loading. x
