Just bought gremlins, midway and sonic on a 3 for 2 at smyths (online) for £50, £16.66 each, downside is you have to spend £50 in one go.

You can get 11% Quidco on Flubit at the moment, which could potential lower the price of these sets to around £16 or less.

the £79 isnt just for next day delivery, I use amazon music and TV/movies to. not as good as Netflix for TV but that works out at £60+ a year

The irony is not lost on me that your last posted deal was from Tesco.

Yes, horrible old UK tax dodging, no loyalty scheme offering amazon

Or if you take out a free Prime trial membership and cancel it within the first month.
Or if you add a £2.01 item to your order that can be cancelled later after this item has dispatched.
Or if you know someone else who is a Prime member and can order on their account.
Still, horrible old Amazon, eh?

I wouldn't call it a rant. IF you have paid £79 for the privilege of shopping with Amazon for "free" next day delivery then more power to you. For the rest of us it's cheaper through game.
Sorry for being reasonable in the face of your post

As noted, if bought as part of an order over £20 then postage is free. It's not hard to work out how to get that to work in your favour.
Often they do, and other times they will match competitors (as in this case).
For Prime members it's a bit of a no-brainer, especially with free next-day delivery.
Sorry for being reasonable in the face of your rant.

How is this matching game's deal when there is no free delivery option for non prime members? Just buy it from game. You get reward points too.
Price "matching" and I use the term very loosely will not help amazon forever. They need to be giving the BEST price
