I hope this is nice coffee. Last time I had lavazzo (red bag) I thought it was average at best. I'm using Taylor's at the moment and that's quite nice.

Just on my last bag of Taylors, not a patch on Lavazza espresso, you won't be disappointed. Putting anything less than espresso beans through an espresso machine is like putting 2 star petrol in an Etype Jaguar .

I have tried many beans over the years I have found these to be the best! Then again everyone has different tasted

Amazing deal, usually pay £3.90 for 250g! really don't need to order 4kg worth, though, shame it's an 'add-on' only item :disappointed:

Prefer the small bags as they are open for less time than a big bag. But was going to grab some from Amazon.

It said to me 'temporarily out of stock' so have still ordered - not in a rush.
I prefer the small bags also but for just over a third the price am currently paying I will have to manage

Although I promised not to leave the house today, this got me to my local The Asda to pick up 12 bags. I too prefer the smaller bags as they arent open as long as a full Kilo bag. :man:

Thanks OP, bought the last lot of 250gr packs from my local branch.
Anyone used these for cold brewing?

I've read they freeze really well, so I split into 4 lots of 250g, 1 lot in the machine and 3 in the freezer.

You don't half get ripped off for coffee beans in the UK don't you.

This is humorous trolling at best. Please try harder. Unless of course you genuinely feel these are the best beans available, in which case, you have my deapest sympathy.

Has anyone checked the roast date on these? Can't seem to see it advertised anywhere.

Cancel last, just realised it's stale poorly roasted rubbish.

Just like every other supermarket bought coffee beans and Costa ect. But it's probably the best of what you can buy from the supermarket.
If I'm honest I have had fresh roasted beans and never been overly impressed probably due to stale raw coffee beans.
Sadly my days of super cheap coffee that my brother used to bring back from Brazil is over.
soldierboy001

And you have my deepest sympathy for being a self centred coffee expert snob in much the same way as wine drinkers bore me. Drink what you like at a price point that suites. You don't go into a coffee shop and ask for a Mazzarone strong roast served at 77 degrees to go with your burger, do you/

Title misleading, not £1.50 in store at Keighley, scanning at £3.60 and store would not reduce.

Your trolling isn't funny at all - In fact your third post further down in this thread sounds like a spoilt whining kid who hasn't got want he wanted for Christmas.

Says the guy who drinks coffee from pods  Must try harder........
Don't forget you can buy at tesco and use brand guarantee to get them for £1.50.usual need to buy 10 different items for brand guarantee to work. Just bought 8 and got £19.20 off with brand guarantee
Perhaps include in the description that this is not available in every Asda store and also that there is minimum £25 spend online. Not quite as appealing as title suggests.

How would I know it's not available in every store this site is to help people get a deal I don't gain anything by doing it in fact I'm giving up my precious time. Bear that in mind when you make your comments as I'm offended by them.
Even if you have to pay a solitary £1 delivery fee I challenge you to find these cheaper!
I guarantee you will not:)
