Surely saying someone is a coffee snob, then saying they have a Nespresso in each home and at work, contradicts each other?

Saw this the other day. Just can't bring myself to get into buying overpriced pods for a cup of coffee.

I already bought last year. they are cheap if you buy multiple on amazon or ebay  . very easy to use and a lot of different kind of taste coffees
I am a coffee snob have a nespresso in each home and one on my desk bought one of these as the coffee worked out more expensive than buying this machine with the freebies and I think that the coffee is better than nespresso. Pods work out about 20p so more expensive than blue and white value instant but less than nespresso

Surely a coffee snob would use a proper espresso machine or bean to cup not some cheap rubbish pod machine?

Was this definitely £99 before, doesn't really matter as it's a fantastic price just makes it that little bit more bargaintasticly..

We used to have one of these but pods had to be ordered online at house of fraser etc which was a but if a pain. Good price but bare in mind you can't just grab pods when shopping.
APPARENTLY THIS HAS NOW CHANGED AND YOU CAN GET THEM IN STORE :-) thanks to everyone that corrected me.... that's the only reason we sold ours.

Hi, I was replying to the post that says you have to buy pods online as it may put people off buying one, not your great deal.

When it says 'just add milk' does that mean in the cup or the machine?
As i cant see latte pods just espresso
If i add milk to the cup it wouldn't be a fluffy latte :disappointed:

You need a milk frother if you want a frothy latte. Some coffee machines have them built in, but not this one by the looks of it. You can also easily buy them separately.

Kind of defeats the main purpose of a coffee machine then! I thought the idea was you press a button and it makes you a frothy latte or whatever you liked?

i wouldnt mind buying this,i have a philips senseo , you can only buy the pods in tesco or online,i love it but it means i will have to change my coffee from douwe egberts which is the most gorgeous coffee to lavazza coffee, and they are also sold at tesco.decisions decisions.

If you want decent coffee you need to spend in excess of £400 for one that gives bean/ground to cup/mug with real frothed milk. I paid over $500 for my Melitta but well worth the price. Pods are ****.

I got one of these at B&M over a year ago. The coffee was very nice, until the machine all of a sudden stopped working. The pump decided to spurt water all over the kitchen countertop. I read online that a lot of other people had the same issues. Such a shame. Lovely coffee, terrible build quality.
